If you would like to change your order or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Because our products are being made to order, we will not accept order changes or cancellations after the 24 hour grace period or if the order has shipped.

We will assess sales tax if required for all orders placed.
All orders ship from New Jersey. Our standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days unless we note otherwise. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) by First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service.
Once a package leaves our possession, we are not responsible for how the package is treated.
Due to our made-to-order and small-batch products, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges.Please read the full item descriptions carefully prior to your purchase. Should you have a question about a product, please ask us.

If you believe we have sent you the wrong item in error or if you have a shipment issue, please contact us immediately to allow us an opportunity to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
We allow 30 days from purchase to report an issue for resolution. We will not consider issues reported on or after the 31st day from the purchase date.
